Cancellations and refunds

Made to order, so mostly non-refundable

Everything is baked to order. Because these are perishable and personalised goods, the usual 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once baking has started.

Changing or cancelling

Get in touch as early as you can. Cancellations more than 72 hours before your collection or delivery date can usually be refunded in full. Inside 72 hours, ingredients are bought and work has begun, so a refund may not be possible.

Cake deposits

A deposit secures your date and comes off the final total. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, because the date is held for you and turned away from others.

If something is wrong

If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message me within 24 hours with a photo and I will put it right, either by remaking it or refunding you.
